Cherry Printers Customised NCR triplicate First Aid Report Book is an essential requirement for anyone needing to keep a record of any first aid given on their premises or within a club. With your company/club details preprinted onto the report for a professional finish and saves time when filling in. With a nice, easy to follow layout with sections for information on where the incident took place, first aid given if any responder is called out. At a handy size of A4 which is 210mm x 297mm. Easy to use as the top & middle copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (short edge) for a traditional finish. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.
