If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging 

within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. 

You can request a replacement (if same value) or refund of purchase price which

will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.                            

 

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you 

ordered, please contact us on 01482 370670 and we will rectify the problem

straight away. 

If you need to return the product, we will refund the full cost, including return postage.
