Cherry Printers No Carbon Required (NCR) Risk Assessment Form is ideal for any business which needs to identify and monitor any hazards within the workplace. Sized A4 which is 210mm x 297mm and triplicate sets so you can write on the top white sheet which will automatically transfer through to the two sheets underneath. Easy to use as the top & middle copies are perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (long edge) for a traditional finish. With plenty of space and information to give a very detailed jobsheet. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.
