An ideal solution for any hair or beauty salon to help keep a record of clients who consent to treatment during the pandemic. The book is a handy size of A5 (210mm x 148mm). Easy to use as the top copy is perforated at the head for easy removal to give the client a copy whilst the bottom copy remains in the book for your reference. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.
