An ideal solution for any hair or beauty salon to help keep a record of clients who consent to treatment during the pandemic. The book is a handy size of A5 (210mm x 148mm). Easy to use as the top & middle copy is perforated at the head for easy removal to give the client a copy, a copy to file and a bottom copy remains in the book for your reference. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield. As of 1.11.19 we are now using Carbon Balanced Paper in conjunction with World Land Trust to reduce the carbon impacts of our printed products, reducing our carbon footprint and impact on climate change.
