With space to note Employee name, Site address, Contact details, Week commencing, job ref, Special instructions, with days, Start & Finish time, Hours, Overtime, Description of work and space for signature & date. The book comes with 50 triplicate sets and is A5 (210mm x 148mm) so plenty of room to write. The top & middle copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book for your own records. Stitched & bound with tape on the left hand edge with a loose leaf writing shield supplied.
